Code of Conduct
Creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all participants
The Cloud & AI Summit is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, age, religion, or technology choices.
We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form.
Who This Applies To
This Code of Conduct applies to all conference participants, including attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, volunteers, and organizers. It applies at all conference venues, workshops, and conference-related social events.
Expected Behavior
- Be respectful, considerate, and collaborative
- Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech
- Be mindful of your surroundings and of your fellow participants
- Alert conference staff if you notice a dangerous situation, someone in distress, or violations of this Code of Conduct
Prohibited Behavior
Harassment includes, but is not limited to:
- Offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, age, religion, or technology choices
- Display of sexual images in public spaces
- Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following
- Harassing photography or recording
- Sustained disruption of talks or other events
- Inappropriate physical contact
- Unwelcome sexual attention
Sponsors & Exhibitors
Sponsors and exhibitor booth staff are also subject to this Code of Conduct. In particular, booth staff should not use sexualized imagery, activities, or other inappropriate material. Booth staff should not use sexualized clothing, uniforms, or costumes, or otherwise create a sexualized environment.
Enforcement
Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. Conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the conference with no refund.
Reporting
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of conference staff immediately. Conference staff can be identified by their branded badges and clothing.

Support
Conference staff will be happy to help participants contact venue security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the conference. We value your attendance.
