The Cloud and AI Summit is a three-day conference focused exclusively on Microsoft Azure and AI technologies. After 18 years as "dev up," we have sharpened our focus to deliver a more targeted event for sponsors seeking to reach professionals working within the Microsoft cloud ecosystem.

Our conference delivers practical, technical content through a mix of sessions and workshops presented by industry practitioners, consultants, and technology leaders.
Format
In past years, we have offered a combination of one-hour sessions and half-day and full-day workshops. For 2026, all sessions will be 1.5 hours in length, allowing speakers to go deeper on their topics and provide more opportunity for hands-on learning and audience Q&A.

Premium exhibitors receive first-round booth selection and will be assigned prime locations in the new Ameristar Convention space directly outside the primary session rooms.

Shipping & Services

Limit 1Every year we provide all attendees a branded conference shirt. Sponsor this giveaway and include your logo on the official event apparel.
Social Hour
Limit 1 • Onsite Exhibitors OnlyThe last session each day (Wed Sep 30 & Thu Oct 1) features soft skills and open talks with drinks available. All exhibitors, speakers, and volunteers receive branded drink tokens to share with attendees. Sponsor these tokens to have your name and logo on every one.
Attendee Party
Limit 2 • Onsite Exhibitors OnlyWe're planning a larger attendee social and networking event on Thursday evening (Oct 1) with food, drinks, and entertainment. In years past we've featured magicians, live music, arcade games, casino games, and more. This event is a highlight for many attendees looking to relax after a long few days of sessions and share what they've learned with others. New friendships and business relationships are made here, and the community gets stronger because of them. Sponsor this event and work with organizers to create a memorable experience.
Speaker Dinner
Limit 1On Tuesday Sept 30th we will be hosting a thank you dinner for all of our speakers and volunteers. This event is given in appreciation for their contribution and to get everyone on the same page for logistics. The sponsor will be given the opportunity to address those in attendance and will be thanked on all of our channels, communications, and onsite signage.
Presentation Deck Logo
No LimitEach speaker at our event will be asked to use a branded deck that includes a call-out slide thanking all sponsors for their contribution. All onsite exhibitors and other sponsors will automatically be included. Sponsors not able to be onsite can still opt to have their logo and brand included as part of these branded decks.

Onsite Exhibitors OnlyAttendees can opt-in to share their contact information with sponsors. Onsite exhibitors can purchase access to this full list, delivered within 2 business days of the conference end. Note: Contact information for attendees who visit your booth directly and share their info will be provided at no extra charge.
