Why do I need to know about UX/UI/Design/Visual Froo Froo?

Everyone has the ability to be a good designer, you just need some help in the right direction. (yes, everyone) This session will teach even the "least creative" developers how to make a better website. You will learn concrete skills that you can apply to your job. You don't have to have an artistic bone in your body to learn how to be a better designer, just need a willingness to learn.
