This talk will be a case study of how my team operates a multitude of software projects using Azure Devops. I will show you how to get your team and projects up and running, share what the most important features to know are and demonstrate how our team grows project backlogs.

I will give a refresher on the foundational knowledge needed to use Azure Devops effectively and show off some of the advanced functionality like Queries and Dashboards.
