The Architect's Notebook - A Blueprint for Success

This session presents a comprehensive overview of an analysis guide I call the Architect's Notebook. It serves as a tool for doing the real and often difficult work of technical discovery, analysis, and design. It identifies common scenarios and associated artifacts that architects typically work up and provides examples and baseline considerations. It includes both a discovery “playbook” outlining the high-level “to-dos” in terms of approach, as well as leading questions, tips, and suggested sessions to have with customers and stakeholders.
