He is Senior Director, Technology at AccountabilIT, an MSP/MSSP providing NOC & SOC to customers around the world. He is an Adjunct professor and teaches a cloud computing management course at the University of Arkansas. He has co-authored five books on systems management. His latest book is: "Azure Arc-Enabled Kubernetes and Servers: Extending Hyperscale Cloud Management to Your Datacenter". He is an Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Cybersecurity Architect Expert, and Microsoft Sentinel Blackbelt. He is retired Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy, earned the U.S. Navy computer scientist (proven) subspecialty. He served as Chief of Network Operations for NATO in Europe and national Network Security Officer for the U.S. Navy Bureau of Personnel.
