Sara is an accomplished and effective business Agility Coach that thrives on solving complex problems. For well over a decade, she has dedicated her career to helping organizations that rely on software-based solutions to solve business problems as well as build better software.

Sara leverages her advanced education and experiences in Learning and Change Management along with her MBA (theory-informed practice) to effectively coach and mentor individuals, teams and organizations in learning how to embrace and productively respond to change, rather than simply reacting to it.
